A very healthy and tasty dish
Really like this recipe!
First clean the stem and remove the outer covering
It will look like this
Now in a bowl take a cup of water and add turmeric powder to it.
Now chop it into small pieces
Put it immediately into the turmeric water
This will prevent blackening of the stem
Chop the tomatoes
In a mixer jar put the chopped tomatoes
Add mustard seeds
Add cumin seeds
Add garlic pods
Add dry red chillies
Make a fine paste by adding a little water
Keep the paste aside
Take one tablespoon of oil in a pan
When the oil becomes hot add the chopped stem pieces
Saute for 2-3 minutes
Now add the paste
Cook for 5 minutes
Now add the rest of the water and cover the pan
Cook for 10 more minutes
Serve hot
