PANEER GARLIC MAGGI

Ingredients to make PANEER GARLIC MAGGI

  • Maggi noodles 1 pack
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • paneer 100 grams
  • capsicum 1 small sized
  • garlic cloves 3-4
  • green chilly sauce 1 teaspoon
  • water 1 & 1/2 cup

How to make PANEER GARLIC MAGGI

  1. Cut paneer into small(1cm) cubes
  2. Dice the capsicum into small chunks
  3. Slice the garlic cloves
  4. In a sauce pan take 1 and 1/2 cup water and cook the Maggi noodles with masala tastemaker
  5. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan, saute garlic till it turns pink.
  6. Add paneer cubes and saute on high flame till golden brown
  7. Now add the capsicum dices and saute on medium flame for a minute
  8. Add the green chilli sauce and stir well
  9. Next goes the Maggi noodles and cook for another 1 minute
  10. Serve immediately. Slurpy buttery garlicy Paneer Maggi is ready
