Paneer veggie maggi

Ingredients to make Paneer veggie maggi

  • Maggi- 2 package
  • onion chopped- 1cup
  • capsicum chopped- 1 cup
  • tomato chopped and de-seeded -1 cup
  • ginger [thinly sliced] -1 tsp
  • Green chilli (slitted) -to taste
  • paneer cubes - 1 cup
  • salt -1/2 Tsp
  • turmeric-1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves [handful]
  • oil

How to make Paneer veggie maggi

  1. Chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, shallow fry the cubed panner and remove them in a bowl with some water so as to keep them soft.
  3. Heat some more oil in the pan and then add the onion followed by the sliced ginger. Saute for few minutes and then add chopped tomatoes and capsicum.
  4. Add the green chillies followed by the turmeric powder and salt. Add the fried paneer into it.
  5. Add the required amount of water for the maggi, bring upto boil and add the maggi masala into it. Add in the maggi, cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

Add the more veggies as ur choice
