Mini and big veg maagi burgers

Ingredients to make Mini and big veg maagi burgers

  • cooked maggi with taste maker
  • Boiled and mashed potato
  • -coriander and red chilli powder
  • 2 bread slices
  • tomato sauce 2tsp
  • tomato puree 2 tsp
  • cheese slices or grated cheese
  • onion
  • salt for taste
  • pepper
  • spring onions
  • ginger garlic paste
  • lettuce
  • For mini burger muffin tray
  • Bread crumbles
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Any cooking oil

How to make Mini and big veg maagi burgers

  1. First I will show how to prepare big burger.
  2. -cook the maggi as per instructions given on pack with taste maker
  3. -cool the maagi and take this in some lid of some bottle. Lid should be flat and little big.
  4. -Now refrigerate this for half an hour so that you can easily remove it in formed shape.
  5. -Take one egg and beat it nicely until you get forth with egg beater. I suggest to beat egg nicely so that we wont get any smell of it later. Keep beaten egg and bread crumbles ready
  6. -Take the maggi which was refrigerated . Dip this in beaten egg.(My suggestion is not to mix cooked maagi with beaten egg and refrigerate as you can see the smell of egg later) just refrigerate and dip it.
  7. -Then coat this with bread crumbles
  8. -Deep fry the prepared maggi bun until it turns brown color
  9. -Similarly prepare the other bun,
  10. -Next step is to prepare potato pattie. First take boiled and mashed potato and add all spices redchilli powder, coriander powder, salt
  11. -Now make flat pattie with it , coat with bread crumbles and shallow fry on pan with little oil
  12. -I made burger sauce in my own way. Take little oil in vessel and add ginger garlic paste.
  13. -Add 2tsp tomato puree and 2tsp tomato sauce and mix. Add spring onions,salt and pepper.
  14. -cut onion slices as circles and shallow fry them with little oil
  15. -Next step is take a bread slice and cut in to circle shape similar to pattie size. Apply the prepared burger sauce and add grated cheese on it. Shallow fry this without oil for few secs until cheese melts
  16. -Next step is layering. Take the base maggie bun. Top this with bread slice which was prepared above.Then top the bread slice with potato pattie
  17. -Apply more prepared sauce on potato pattie. Add onion slices and lettuce, you can also add cheese slices, sliced tomatoes to it.
  18. -Now cover it with maggi bun. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top bun and fry which i forgot. Enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
  19. EVEN I PREPARED MINI BURGERS WITH SAME INGREDIENTS BUT USING MUFFIN TRAY AND BAKING TECHNIQUE.
  20. -cut bread slices in to mini circles. Take one slice and apply burger tomato sauce to it. Add salt, pepper. Put the potato pattie on it. Add grated cheese, lettuce on it.
  21. -Now grease the muffin tray with little oil and place the cooked maagi on the base
  22. -Top it with prepared bread slice and potato pattie
  23. -put another layer of cooked maggi on top of it which forms top bun and bake at 150 degree celsius for 15 mins.
  24. -Add some ketchup on top of it and enjoy

My Tip:

-Beat the egg nicely and then dip the refrigerated maggi. -Add toppings of your choice.
