Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked soya granules
  2. 1 boil potato
  3. 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 2 tbsp chopped dhaniya
  6. 1 tbsp garam masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Half Cabbage or lettuce
  9. 1 Onion
  10. 1 Capsicum
  11. Fresh dhaniya
  12. Half cup mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  14. 1/2 tbsp chilly flakes
  15. Mini buns
  16. Cheese slices
  17. ketchup
  18. butter


  1. First in a bowl take a soya granules and potato. mash it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well .
  3. Next add salt,garam masala ,fresh dhaniya and mix well.
  4. Now small tikki an shallow fry in oil or butter.
  5. Now in a bowl add mayonnaise,Red chilly sauce ,and 1 tbsp ketchup and mix it.
  6. Now add black pepper and salt.Then add all veggies and mix very well. Keep it aside.
  7. Take 4 buns an cut it in to two.apply a butter and grill the buns.
  8. Now one side of bun put tikki.
  9. Next put mayo salad and cover it with the second buns. Grill both side and serve it with French fries and coke.
