ABOUT Broccoli Maggi RECIPE

Feeling hungry? Have a healthy and very tasty Brocoli Maggi within 5 minutes. To get the full nutrients of Broccoli we have to cook it not more than five minutes. So I thought to add Broccoli in Maggi. Taste bhi, Health bhi !

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Maggi Veg Aata noodles
  2. Broccoli florets 1 cup
  3. red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  4. Oregano ( herb ) 2 pinches
  5. water 1 and 1/2 cups
  6. oil 1 tsp
  7. garlic pods 4 nos finely chopped


  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a vessel and fry chopped garlic.
  2. Add Broccoli florets and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water.
  4. When water starts to boil, add Maggi noodles with Maggi masala.
  5. Add chilli flakes and oregano.
  6. Cook till done. Serve hot.
