Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broccoli florets 2 cups
  2. Chopped onions 1 to 2
  3. Garlic cloves 5 to 8
  4. Black pepper powder as per taste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Olive oil or butter 1/2 tablespoon


  1. Wash and chop broccoli in to big chunks
  2. Heat Olive oil or butter in a pan
  3. Add chopped broccoli florets, onion and garlic and saute until garlic is aromatic and onions are translucent
  4. Add 2 to 3 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes
  5. Allow to cool and then puree it in a blender
  6. Add puree in a pan, adjust salt and add black pepper powder .
  7. Add some water if required to adjust consistency and bring to a boil
  8. Hot and healthy broccoli soup is ready to be served, can be garnished with some cream
