Ingredients to make Open Keema Maggi Sandwiches

  • Maggi noodles 1 pack
  • Mince mutton 120 gm
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • garlic mince 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • Green onions half a bunch
  • coriander leaves chopped finely 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • butter as required for toasting the bread.

How to make Open Keema Maggi Sandwiches

  1. Prepare the maggi and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan. Saute the green onions for a minute.
  3. Add the mince and all the spices.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame.
  5. Adjust the salt accordingly.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
  8. Lightly toast the bread in butter and spread a tablespoon of maggi at first.
  9. After that, top it up with the mince mutton mix.
  10. Similarly make all the sandwiches in this way and if desired sprinkle some dried parsley on top.
  11. Serve immediately.
