Qeema Maggi

Ingredients to make Qeema Maggi

  • Maggi noodles 1 pack
  • Mince mutton 150 gm
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • onion 1 medium finely sliced
  • Cubeb crushed or powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped few
  • Spring onion green part to garnish
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Qeema Maggi

  1. The mince mutton needs to be just stir fried here. Therefore use fine mince for this recipe.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the onions until done.
  3. Add the mince and all the spices.
  4. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 mins.
  5. Open the lid and give it a good stir and switch off the flame after 2 mins.
  6. Make the maggi noodles only with little of the tastemaker. And also keep them little firmer. Do not over cook.
  7. To serve, mix the mince with the noodles lightly and serve hot. It tastes yummy.
