Ingredients to make Keema

  • 1 kg Minced meat
  • 3 onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp shan qeema spice mix
  • Oil /ghee as required
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Keema

  1. Take a pan, heat in oil and fry the onions till they get light pink in colour.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well. Then add the tomatoe paste and sauté till it leaves the oil. Then add the spices and cook for a minute.
  3. Now add the keema and cook on a low flame till it leaves the oil.
  4. Garnish with fresh green chillies, coriander leaves and serve it hot with any bread.

My Tip:

Before serving add a little lemon juice on top.
