Ingredients to make Maggi Bhel

  • Maggi packet 1 with taste maker (I have used no onion no garlic one)
  • puffed rice (mamra/bhadang) 1 medium cup
  • onion 1 small finely chopped
  • tomato 1 de seeded and finely chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice few drops
  • oil for frying maggi
  • pomegranate pearl few for garnishing
  • salt (if required, taste maker has sufficient salt)

How to make Maggi Bhel

  1. Open maggi packet and keep taste maker aside.
  2. Heat 300 ml water in a wok
  3. remove wok from heat
  4. Break the maggi noodle cake into four parts and add to hot water for 2 minute
  5. stir occasionally
  6. drain water completely and transfer noodles to a kitchen napkin
  7. meanwhile heat oil in a wok
  8. fry all maggi noodles in hot oil till golden and crisp in two slots and transfer to kitchen napkin
  9. crush it a little
  10. take puffed rice in a big bowl.
  11. add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, fried noodles, lemon drops and sprinkle taste maker.
  12. mix well with light hand (you can toss it)
  13. garnish with pomegranate pearls
  14. it is ready to eat.

My Tip:

consume immediately after making it. otherwise it will become soggy.
