Not only kids but we elders also enjoy eating MAGGI, this recipe is memorable because when maggi came to India I think 32-34 years back, for publicity of Maggi there was a demo in our club of this recipe. So here I sharing my 34 years back memory.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. maggi- 1 packet
  2. tomato- 1
  3. Boiled potato- 2
  4. Onion- 1
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. tomato sauce- 2 tbls
  7. Green chutney (optional)
  8. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  9. Salt to Taste
  10. red Chuli- 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil- 1 tsp


  1. Shallow fry the noodles in a kadhai or roast them without oil in a pan until golden brown and let it cool
  2. crush noddles with palms
  3. In a small bowl, mix the water, tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside, add green chutney(optional)
  4. Now finely chop the tomato, onion, raw mango, potato and chili
  5. In a bowl, bring together the fried/roasted maggi, the masala mix and the veggies. Mix it well add red chilli powder and lemon juice
  6. garnish with coriander and sev
