ABOUT Maggi Fruit Custard Parfait (Dessert) RECIPE

Its a great combination of maggi and sweetness. It is pure heaven to gorge on this nutritious, colourful fruit custard when you combine our very own maggi with it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half packet of oats maggi noodles without masala taste maker.
  2. 2 tbsp Custard powder Vanilla flavour
  3. 500 ml Milk full cream
  4. 1/4 tsp butterscotch essence
  5. 4 tbsp sugar + 1tsp
  6. one cup mixed fresh fruits (I used apple , pineapple and pomegranate kernels)
  7. 2 tsp honey
  8. For serving
  9. One stem glass
  10. FOR GARNISH
  11. Half tsp choco chips
  12. Some colorful sprinklers and silver balls

Instructions

  1. Boil only the maggi oats noodles with 1 tsp sugar in one cup of water.
  2. Don't over cook the noodles.
  3. Strain and drizzle 1 tsp honey keep covered in refrigerator.
  4. Peel and remove the seeds from seeded fruits.
  5. Chop the fruits finely and drizzle 1 tsp honey all over.
  6. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator and take out just before mixing.
  7. To Prepare Custard:
  8. Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl separately and mix the custard powder to make a runny paste, keep aside.
  9. Heat the remaining milk in a deep pan. When it begins to boil, add sugar and stir well.
  10. Add the custard slurry to the boiling milk and mix well till there are no lumps.
  11. Keep cooking over a medium flame as the custard thickens.
  12. keep stirring continuously for 3-4 mins.
  13. Remove from stove and let the custard cool down to room temperature.
  14. Now cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
  15. To serve (assembling):
  16. Take the custard out from refrigerator and whisk to make sure there are no lumps and it is smooth.
  17. Now take a stem glass and arrange boiled and sweetened noodles along with pomegranate kernels at the bottom of the glass.
  18. Pour a generous amount of thick custard on it.
