Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Soya vadi 1 cup (fried and crushed)
  3. Turmeric powder 2 tablespoon
  4. Onion 2 cups
  5. tomato 1 cup
  6. garam masala 1 tablespoon
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. Oil 4 tablespoon
  9. Mix ata 4 cups (bajra, makki, channa, toor, chawal)
  10. Water as required
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add oil and cumin seeds now add onions and saute it till it got a transparent colour
  2. Now add tomatoes and soya vadiya into it and saute it till it leaves the oil.
  3. Now add curd, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  4. Now stirr it for 20 minutes till it gets thick and your pithla is ready
  5. Now take a bowl and add mix ata, oil, salt. And by adding water mix well and make a smooth dough.
  6. Now make chapatis of it and fry it on tawa and your thali pit is ready
