ABOUT Banana-basil Smoothie RECIPE

Healthy, Tasty and Refreshing smoothie !! Curd is the main ingredient of this smoothie. Consuming curd every day keeps our body system cool and helps to improve digestive system. Other ingredients, like banana, basil and honey are also good for health. All these has added an awesome flavour to this smoothie.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. curd 200 gm
  2. bananas 2 nos.
  3. Basil/tulsi leaves 10 nos.
  4. honey 1 tbsp
  5. Grated almods for garnishing 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients
  2. Blend into a blender
  3. Pour immediately into a glass or a mug.
  4. Garnish with grated almonds and serve.
