  • 500gm Muskmelon cube's
  • 2 tbsp of basil seeds(soaked in water for 20mins)
  • sugar 2tbsp
  • 1cup water

How to make Cantaloupe And Basil Seeds Smoothie

  1. Soak the Basil seeds in water for 20 mins
  2. Now add all ingridents to blender and blend into smooth mixture !!
  3. Transfer to glass and serve immediately!!
