Yogurt Macaroni Salad

Ingredients to make Yogurt Macaroni Salad

  • Macaroni 1/2 cup
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • spinach leaves 5-6
  • garlic ( grated) 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • water 2 cups

How to make Yogurt Macaroni Salad

  1. Hung yogurt in a muslin cloth for an hour.
  2. After an hour, add garlic paste to hung curd.
  3. Add in it, chopped onions and chopped capsicum.
  4. Add in oregano, chili flakes and pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Rest it in refrigerator.
  6. Take a pan. Add macaroni, water and salt.
  7. Boil for around 10 minutes.
  8. Drain and let it cool for around 10 minutes.
  9. Add macaroni to mix that was put in refrigerator.
  10. Place the spinach leaves and serve salad on them.
