Salads are very important part of our meal. They are filling, healthy, have less or no fat or cholesterol. The very difficult task is to make the salads yummy. Presenting Yogurt Macaroni Salad- a filling, yummy and healthy salad.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Macaroni 1/2 cup
  2. yogurt 1 cup
  3. Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
  4. Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
  5. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Spinach leaves 5-6
  9. Garlic ( grated) 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt 1 teaspoon
  11. Water 2 cups


  1. Hung yogurt in a muslin cloth for an hour.
  2. After an hour, add garlic paste to hung curd.
  3. Add in it, chopped onions and chopped capsicum.
  4. Add in oregano, chili flakes and pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Rest it in refrigerator.
  6. Take a pan. Add macaroni, water and salt.
  7. Boil for around 10 minutes.
  8. Drain and let it cool for around 10 minutes.
  9. Add macaroni to mix that was put in refrigerator.
  10. Place the spinach leaves and serve salad on them.
