Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macaroni 100 grams
  2. Oil 1-2 tablespoon
  3. Capsicum ½ cup (small dices)
  4. Carrot ½ cup (small dices)
  5. Sweet corn kernels ½ cup (boiled)
  6. Apple ¼ cup (small dices)
  7. Cherry ¼ cup (small dices)
  8. mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
  9. Tomato ketchup
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Black pepper powder
  12. Salt


  1. Take around 5-6 cups of water in a pan and place it on the flame.
  2. As water starts boiling, put macaroni in the pan. Add 1-2 tablespoon of oil and pinch of salt. You can also take pasta like penne pasta instead of macaroni.
  3. Stir at regular intervals.
  4. Keep it on the simmer till the macaroni becomes soft and cooked aptly.
  5. Take the pan off the flame. Sieve the macaroni. Drain and cool by running cold water over the macaroni.
  6. Take capsicum and carrot and cut them into small dices.
  7. Cut cherry and apple or any other fruits of your choice into small dices .
  8. Now, put the macaroni and diced veggies in a large bowl.
  9. Add red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder to it as per your taste. Normally, the spice content is kept low in salads.
  10. Add mayonnaise to the mixture and mix well. For healthier options, you can switch to homemade malai in place of mayonnaise.
  11. Add tomato ketchup in apt amount so that entire mixture is coated well with the ketchup.
  12. Top it with fruits like cherries, apples !
  13. Keep the bowl in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
