Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Fresh Yoghurt 1 cup
  2. Tinned pineapple 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh coconut,grated 1/4 cup
  4. Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1/8 tsp
  6. Curry powder 1/8 tsp
  7. Dry ginger powder 1/8 tsp
  8. Pink salt/coarse salt as per taste
  9. Clarified butter 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple and coconut in yogurt and whisk well
  2. In a small pan take ghee/olive oil. Add mustard seeds as they start popping and change colour add ginger powder, curry powder and give a stir.
  3. Pour the hot contents in yogurt and serve chilled after 2 hrs
