The name describes it all. It's the most succulent, melt in mouth and silky kababs that one could lay their hands upon. And all my friends just can't stop going ga ga over these beauties. It's an almost permanent feature on our weekend get togethers. Extremely easy to prepare and can be grilled in a microwave or an electric oven or even just a stove top grill pan. It goes well with butter naan or any kind of bread whatsoever. These can be made with lamb mince too. But obviously the cook time differs a little. That's it. Enjoy these with your families and loved ones by serving them as a tantalizing starter or an appetizer. Trust me, your party will rock.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken mince 500gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Melted butter or ghee 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tbsp
  6. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  7. Fresh cream 4 -6 tbsp
  8. Fried and crushed onions large 1
  9. Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp
  10. Cubeb powder 1 tsp
  11. White pepper powder 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup
  13. Cornflour 1 tbsp (optional)
  14. Chat masala to sprinkle on top
  15. Extra butter or ghee to brush on top


  1. Marinade the chicken mince with the ingredients listed under marination.
  2. It should be left covered in the refrigerator overnight for the best results.
  3. Next day, take it out atleast an hour before grilling.
  4. Boneless chicken can also be used for this. But in that case it needs to be ground.
  5. Preheat the oven on grill mode at 250° and grill these for 8 mins at first.
  6. Turn them over and bake again for 8 more mins.
  7. Brush the tops with more ghee or butter accordingly.
  8. Serve them with some chat masala sprinkled on top along with preferred salad.
