Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pepper jack cheese (grated )150 grms
  2. Scarmoza (grated ) 50 grms
  3. Jalapeno chopped 1 tspn
  4. Roasted red bell pepper 2 No.
  5. Crushed corn kernel 4 tbsp
  6. Scallion (chopped) 30 grms
  7. Cilantro (chopped) 2 tbsp
  8. Salt pepper to taste
  9. Refined flour 1tbsp
  10. Milk 50ml
  11. Spring roll sheets 20No.
  12. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except last four.
  2. Make a batter of milk and flour to seal cigar roll folds. Spread spring roll sheets , add 2tbspn of mixture at the corner of sheet, roll it into cigar shape and seal the edges with flour and milk batter.
  3. Keep it in fridge for 1 hr. For chilling. Deep fry , and serve hot gooey and cheese cigar rolls
