Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole chicken (corn fed with skin) 1 No.
  2. garlic paste-1tsp
  3. ginger paste 2tsp
  4. Jalapeno chilli paste 2tsp
  5. Cayanne pepper- 2tsp
  6. peanut oil -3tbsp
  7. Jerk seasoning 1tbsp
  8. Ketchup 3 tbsp
  9. Dark soya sauce- 2tbsp
  10. Brown sugar-1tspn
  11. salt to taste
  12. pepper to taste
  13. Raw banana Cut into strips 4


  1. Wash and dab dry chicken, cut into quarter. Make marinade of all the ingredients except raw banana.
  2. Marinate quartered chicken with the marinade. Keep it in fridge for 4-6 hours. Spread the marinated chicken on roasting pan .
  3. Roast in pre-heated oven at 180 Celsius for 45 mins. Takeout of oven and rest it for 10 mins
  4. Fry thin strips of raw banana. Serve roasted chicken with fried banana strips
