Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 peach (peeled and deseeded)
  2. 2 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp water
  4. 2 tbsp raspberry compote
  5. 1 scoop vanilla yogurt / plain yogurt


  1. Poach the peach with sugar and water.
  2. Once it becomes tender, remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a dessert plate layer the poached peach and pour the berry compote over it.
  4. Top it with a scoop of vanilla yogurt.
  5. Slurp!
  6. For the raspberry compote :
  7. Boil few raspberries with granulated sugar and water.
  8. Once mushy switch off the stove and add few drops of lemon juice.
  9. Berry compote is ready.
  10. You can also make it smooth like a sauce.
