Ingredients to make Daddojanam

  • curd 2 cups
  • Cooked rice 1/2 cup
  • Boiled semiya 1/2 cup
  • salt per taste
  • curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Red chillies 4
  • ground nuts 1 teaspoon
  • mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • urad dal 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli pieces 1 teaspoon
  • ginger pieces 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • hing powder 1 teaspoon
  • Bengal gram 1 teaspoon
  • jeera seeds 1 teaspoon

How to make Daddojanam

  1. First boil semiya in a bowl as shown in the picture
  2. Next add curd and rice and then add boiled semiya in a steel vessel
  3. Next mix semiya and rice well
  4. Now take this mixture into a container and temper with red chillies, Bengal gram, jeera seeds, curry leaves. Hing powder, urad dal, mustard seeds, ground nuts, green chilli pieces.
  5. Finally garnish and serve to all.

My Tip:

You can offer this prasadam to god. It increases immunity, cools body heat. Cool your stomach
