Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cucumber 2
  2. Curd 1 1/2 cup
  3. Green chillies 2-3 roughly chopped
  4. Curry leaves 2 sprig
  5. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Hing 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil 1 tbspn
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Wash peel and grate the cucumber. Add a pinch of salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
  2. Take a pan. Heat oil.
  3. Add the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, hing and green chillies. Fry for a min. Remove from flame.
  4. Squeeze the extra water from the cucumber and keep aside.
  5. Take curd in a bowl. Add the cucumber salt and mix well. Check and add the salt if needed.
  6. Pour mustard tadka and mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
