Ingredients to make Instant khadi

  • curd 1 cup
  • gram flour 2 tablespoons
  • water 2 cup
  • mustard seed 1/2 tablespoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as taste
  • curry leaves 10

How to make Instant khadi

  1. Take a bowl and mix in curd and gram flour well that there should no lumps now add in that one cup of water, salt and mix them well.
  2. Now heat up a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves and roast them till brown.
  3. Now switch off the flame and add already prepared mixture.
  4. Now turn on the flame and boil kadhi on moderate flame for 5 mins. Add another cup of water and again boil for 5 mins.
  5. Kadhi is prepare. Now time to prepare tadka.
  6. For tadka:
  7. Take another small pan heat up 2 tablespoons of butter and add turmeric powder, red chilli, curry leaves and mustard seed. Roast till brown.
  8. And add tadka in prepared kadhi
