Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For salad.....
  2. 1 cup roasted peanut
  3. 1/4 cup roasted channa
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1/2 chopped cucumber
  7. 1 spoon lemon juice
  8. 1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 spoon roasted sesame seeds
  11. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  12. Some chopped grapes
  13. Some pieces of musk melon
  14. 1 spoon chopped green chillies
  15. Some mint leaves
  16. 1 spoon anaar dana
  17. For melon punch:
  18. 2 orange slices
  19. 2 spoons melon pulp
  20. Mint leaves few
  21. 1 spoon lemon juice
  22. 1 teaspoon black salt

Instructions

  1. For salad.... Add all the ingredients of salad (peanuts, tomato, onion, channa...etc) in a bowl. Mix it well, garnish with anaar dana and mint leaves...
  2. For melon punch.... Slit the orange slice and place it in the bottom of glass. Add melon pulp into the glass, muddle it well. Now add lemon juice, mint leaves and black salt... Serve it chilled...
