Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  3. 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  4. 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas
  5. 1 tbsp raw mango
  6. 3 tbsp cabbage
  7. 3 tbsp tomato
  8. 1/4 cup cucumber
  9. 3 tbsp tofu
  10. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  11. 1/4 cup sprouts
  12. Black salt
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin pwd
  14. 1 tsp chat masala
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  17. 1 tbsp mint chutney

Instructions

  1. 1- Finely chop the veggies and tofu.
  2. 2 - Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3 - Serve immediately.
