Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka

  • Boneless chicken 250gm
  • Marination
  • curd 1cup
  • ginger and Garlic Paste 2tsp
  • haldi 1tsp
  • Chili powder 1tsp
  • dhania powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 1
  • Kasuri methi 1/2tsp
  • Diced onion 1
  • Diced capsicum 1

How to make Chicken Tikka

  1. Marinate the chicken with the marination ingredients for about 8 hours preferably overnight.
