Basically, we make Uttapam by urad daal and rice but here we will make instant uttapam by bread and curd, it's very interesting and tasty version of uttapam, hope you all like it. This bread uthappam can also be served as an after school snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread Slices 6
  2. Curd 3/4 cup
  3. Tomato finely chopped 1
  4. Onion finely chopped 1
  5. Capsicum finely chopped 1
  6. Carrot grated 1
  7. Ginger grated 1/2tsp
  8. Spring onion finely chopped 1
  9. Green chilli finely Chopped 1
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. oil 4tbsp
  13. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp


  1. Take bread slices, and cut them in round shape with the help of a bowl.
  2. Now spread the curd evenly on the bread slices.
  3. Put chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, ginger, chili, and carrot on the bread slices.
  4. Lightly press the veggies on the bread pieces, now sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  5. Heat a flat pan and drizzle some oil, then shallow fry the vegetable uttapam, until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with ketchup and dips of your choice.
