Ingredients to make Haryali lassi

  • 2 cups curd
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 2 to3 green chillies
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • salt to taste

How to make Haryali lassi

  1. In the mixer grind coriander, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, add little water and then curd and grind it
  2. Then pour it in a glass and add chilled ice cubes.

If you want you can grind separate coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt, ice cubes then add to the curd
