Ingredients to make Sprouts Salad

  • Sprouted moong Beans - 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted chickpea - 1/4 cup
  • Sprouted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • English cucumber - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
  • tomato - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
  • onion - 2 tbsp (Chopped)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander leaves - 1 tsp

How to make Sprouts Salad

  1. Add a small amount of water in a pan and boil the sprouted moong beans, chickpea & peanuts for 5 minutes.
  2. When it cools, add the chopped rest ingredients then add lime juice.
  3. Mix it well & serve.
  4. Enjoy!!!

My Tip:

Don't throw the water used to boil the sprouts.
