Ingredients to make Herbal Pasta Salad

  • 1 big cup Del monte pasta macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tblspn corn flour
  • 1 tspn garlic powder
  • 1 tblspn cheese powder
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 100 grams broccoli
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 spring onion and greens
  • 2 cups milk (use as required for thickness )
  • 1 beetroot
  • Some baby corn
  • Few basil leaves
  • Few sweet corn kernels
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1 tspn oil
  • 1 carrot
  • Some shredded cabbage
  • 2 boiled eggs optional

How to make Herbal Pasta Salad

  1. Keep macaroni and all veggies ready
  2. Boil this in a cup of water salt and oil
  3. Mix 1 tblspn cornflour in cold milk
  4. Add the cheese garlic, oregano powder and some corn kernels to the milk, mix well
  5. Add the mix of above to boiling pasta
  6. Also add broccoli, tomato, greens of onions and baby corn pieces
  7. Add seasoning to this salt, pepper and greens of spring onion
  8. Cook on slow till thickens a little
  9. Remove in serving dish cool
  10. Grate beetroot, carrots too and keep on platter to serve
  11. Now set this in a rectangular bowl
  12. As set when cooled over, turn in a oblong plate
  13. Arrange boiled eggs as choice and garnish
