Ingredients: 1 big cup Del monte pasta macaroni; 1 1/2 cup milk; 1 tblspn corn flour; 1 tspn garlic powder; 1 tblspn cheese powder; 1 tspn oregano; 1 stalk celery; 100 grams broccoli; 1 small tomato; 1 spring onion and greens; 2 cups milk (use as required for thickness ); 1 beetroot; Some baby corn; Few basil leaves; Few sweet corn kernels; Salt to taste; 1 tspn pepper; 1 tspn oil; 1 carrot; Some shredded cabbage; 2 boiled eggs optional

ABOUT Herbal Pasta Salad RECIPE

Goodness of herbs, gooey cheese herbal sauce and my all time favorite Del monte pasta macaroni salad. Dressed with loads of fresh veggies. I served with fresh beet root and carrot grated. And optional boiled eggs.

Ingredients Serving: 3

1 big cup Del monte pasta macaroni
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tblspn corn flour
1 tspn garlic powder
1 tblspn cheese powder
1 tspn oregano
1 stalk celery
100 grams broccoli
1 small tomato
1 spring onion and greens
2 cups milk (use as required for thickness )
1 beetroot
Some baby corn
Few basil leaves
Few sweet corn kernels
Salt to taste
1 tspn pepper
1 tspn oil
1 carrot
Some shredded cabbage
2 boiled eggs optional

Instructions

Keep macaroni and all veggies ready
Boil this in a cup of water salt and oil
Mix 1 tblspn cornflour in cold milk
Add the cheese garlic, oregano powder and some corn kernels to the milk, mix well
Add the mix of above to boiling pasta
Also add broccoli, tomato, greens of onions and baby corn pieces
Add seasoning to this salt, pepper and greens of spring onion
Cook on slow till thickens a little
Remove in serving dish cool
Grate beetroot, carrots too and keep on platter to serve
Now set this in a rectangular bowl
As set when cooled over, turn in a oblong plate
Arrange boiled eggs as choice and garnish
