ABOUT Mix veggie Tikki RECIPE

This tikki is very interesting to make... If you are bored with normal tikki then you can try this out with veggies. And taste of ginger in it is divine.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4-5 potatoes (boiled)
  2. 1 capsicum chopped
  3. 2 onions chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 2 tsp ginger paste
  6. 2 cup sooji
  7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 2-3 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1-2 tsp oil to shallow fry
  10. 1 tsp sambar masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. FOR GARNISH :
  13. 1 cup curd
  14. Pudina chutney
  15. Chaat masala- 1 tsp or for sprinkling
  16. Tomato ketchup- 1 tsp for garnishing
  17. Boondi- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well( except garnishing ingredients) and give it shape of tikki and keep it on hot tawa or pan, till it get dark brown and then flip it and keep till it get dark brown from other side.
  2. Now take a plate... Keep tikki and pour over it curd, pudina chutney, boondi, tomato ketchup and chaat masala powder... Enjoy mix veggie Tikki...
