Mix Veggies Paratha

Ingredients to make Mix Veggies Paratha

  • wheat flour - 3 cups
  • Mix veggies- cauliflower florets few , potatoes 1, beetroot 1, green peas 1/4 cup , capsicum 1
  • garlic chopped - 1 tsp
  • ginger chopped - 1tsp
  • green chillies chopped - 1 tsp
  • lemon - half or lesser
  • Powder masalas -
  • red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • dhania jeera powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Mix Veggies Paratha

  1. Blanch all veggies and keep aside
  2. Now mash with a masher or blend in a mixie pulsing it once or twice
  3. Leave it coarse
  4. Take a pan, add some oil and fry the chopped garlic
  5. Add the chopped capsicum and some salt
  6. Now stir fry a little and remove.
  7. Take the wheat flour add all the spice powders with some salt
  8. Mix, add the green chillies and ginger and mix
  9. Now add the capsicum garlic and mix
  10. Now add the mashed veggies and mix
  11. Add a tbsp of oil and start binding with water to a nice stiff dough
  12. Cover and keep for 15 to 20 mins
  13. Now can use the dough to make parathas
  14. Serve hot with curd or pickles of your choice
