  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Leftover mix daal 1 bowl
  • namak as taste
  • Kali mirch 1/2tsp
  • Lal mirch 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • Kala namak 1tsp
  • dhania Patti as per availability

How to make Mix Daal Parantha

  1. Mix all ingredients with flour and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Make parantha either circular or triangular as per your choice. Sprinkle few drops of oil and cook until brown from both sides.
  3. Parantha is ready to have with Sabji chutney or butter.

My Tip:

I mix little moyan too while kneading dough so that it will be crispier.
