Daal parantha with left over rice and daal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Left over rice and daal...1 cup
  3. Green chillies....2, finely chopped
  4. Salt and ajwain to taste
  5. Ghee for paranthas

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except ghee and knead a dough with water and keep aside
  2. Take a ball and flatten and roll it with rolling pin
  3. Heat a tawa and make parantha with ghee and serve with accompaniment of your choice
