Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sookhi moong daal...1 cup
  2. Paneer crumbled. ...1 table spoon
  3. Peanut powder
  4. Wheat flour...1 cup
  5. Salt and ajwain to taste
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tea spoon
  7. Desi ghee...1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Knead dough with wheat flour, salt and ajwain and give the dough little rest
  2. In a non stick pan, put moong daal, peanut powder, paneer and saute till completely dry
  3. Take a ball from dough, fill stuffing in it and make parantha by rolling it
  4. Roast on tawa using desi ghee and enjoy with any chutney
