Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup soaked yellow moong daal
  2. One cup sugar
  3. One cup ghee
  4. One cup mawa
  5. Elaichi powder
  6. Kesar soaked in one spn milk
  7. Dry fruits


  1. Soak yellow split daal for 4 hrs
  2. Drain all the water n grind into fine paste with one spoon of water...
  3. Heat the pan..Add ghee n grinded daal batter n keep stirring slowly on slow flame till aroma comes n daal becomes little brown in colour..
  4. In another pan ,heat water n sugar till sugar dissolves completely n becomes little thick...Add kesar milk...
  5. Transfer this into daal mixture on slow flame mixing gradually...
  6. Let it cook till sheera leaves ghee from its corners...
  7. Finally off the gas n mix mawa n elaichi powder in it
  8. Mix properly ..Ready to serve with dry fruits topped...
