Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One bowl soaked mix daal (moong and chana)
  2. One bowl chopped veggies in thin slices
  3. Salt
  4. Dhaniya powder
  5. Green chilli
  6. Ginger
  7. Garam masala
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Hing
  10. Chopped coriander
  11. Oil
  12. Paneer

Instructions

  1. Grind the daal and make smooth batter and mix all the spices and chopped coriander and mix
  2. Chop all the veggies.
  3. Heat a tawa, and spread one spoon of oil and spread a plain cheela
  4. spread some veggies on it
  5. Pour another ladle of the batter onti and spread it evenly.
  6. Make sure that it spreads well enough.
  7. Cook from both the sides.
  8. Spread some paneer and Chaat masala
  9. This is ready to be served with some green chutney.
