Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 tsp green moong
  2. 1 tblsp yellow moong daal
  3. 1 tblsp channa dal
  4. 1 tblsp green peas
  5. 1 tblsp chopped tomato
  6. 1 tblsp chopped parsley
  7. 1 tblsp grated cottage cheese
  8. 2 tsp lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Soak all dals for 2 hours.
  2. Do half Boil all dals and peas also.
  3. In a serving bowl put half boiled dal.
  4. Add peas, chopped tomato, paneer, chopped parsley and mix .
  5. Sprinkle black pepper, lemon juice, salt and mix again.
  6. Now ready to serve.... Healthy and tasty salad .
  7. Serve immediately.. enjoy...
