Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 eggs
  2. Half cup milk
  3. Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
  4. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum one green, one red and one yellow
  6. One teaspoon vinegar
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Black pepper according to taste
  9. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  10. One big onion

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper
  2. Bake the mixture in microwave for three to four minutes in a flat dish
  3. Cut the pieces and marinate it.
  4. To marinate, add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper in curd. Add baked egg pieces and fresh cream. Mix well and keep it aside for ten mins.
  5. In a frying pan add two tablespoons olive oil and add sliced onion and capsicum and saute it
  6. Add marinated egg into the pan and mix well and cover the pan for five mins
  7. Egg malai tikka is ready.
