Ingredients to make Rose shrikhand

  • 250 gms curd fresh not sour
  • sugar powder two tbsp
  • rose essence few drops
  • Red colour pinch
  • rose syrup for garnish
  • Gulkand one tbsp
  • Dry fruit chopped 1 tbsp

How to make Rose shrikhand

  1. First put curd in muslin cloth for 2 hours to drain water
  2. Take a bowl add sugar powder n Gulukand mix well
  3. Now add rose essence clour Dry fruit mix well
  4. Pour curd in mixture of Gulukand mix togethre
  5. Pour this mixture in bowl n put it in freezer for 5 min
  6. Garnish with rose syrup.

My Tip:

Add fresh rose pulp instead of gulkand.
