Shrikhand Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Shrikhand Ice Cream

  • 1 cup homemade leftover shrikhand
  • 1/2 cup already prepared vanilla custard
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tsp tutti frutti

How to make Shrikhand Ice Cream

  1. Take Shrikhand in a mixing bowl and whip it, now add condensed milk in it and whip till fluffy.
  2. Take vanilla custard and vanilla essence in another bowl and whip it also till fluffy.
  3. Transfer vanilla custard mixture and tutti fruity in the Shrikhand bowl and mix lightly and not with force.
  4. When all done transfer this mixture in rectangular aluminium pan and keep it in freezer for 6-7 hours.
  5. When nicely frozen enjoy with saffron syrup.
