Ingredients to make Eggless CURD cake

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup ghee/ butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Eggless CURD cake

  1. Preheat oven at 200'C for 20 min
  2. Grease the cake tin with ghee or butter and keep aside
  3. Sieve the maida along with baking powder and soda in a bowl
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk curd for a minute
  5. Then add ghee, sugar and vanilla essence and whisk it till smooth
  6. Put flour to above mixture and whisk in one direction
  7. Add milk to the above mixture and make a semi thick batter
  8. Pour the batter immediately to the cake tin, and tap it 2-3 times to level the batter
  9. Put the tin into preheated oven for 30 min at 200 degree
  10. Check the cake after 25 min with toothpick or knife
  11. Take out the cake from oven and let it cool
  12. Eggless curd cake is ready to eat .
