Ingredients to make Mahi ke aloo

  • 2 - boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup - curd, make buttermilk out of it by adding water to it.
  • 2 - green chilies (chopped)
  • A hand-full of coriander leaves
  • Salt/namak as required
  • oil
  • cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder

How to make Mahi ke aloo

  1. In a pan, add oil then the cumin seeds. When it crackles, then add the green chilies and the potatoes after cutting it into small pieces.
  2. Now add the turmeric powder into it.
  3. Then add the buttermilk and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.

My Tip:

It tastes yummy with sama rice or chestnut flour puri.
