Frozen Yoghurt Layer cake

Ingredients to make Frozen Yoghurt Layer cake

  • 200gms - strawberries
  • 200gm - blueberries
  • 200gm - bananas
  • 10 tbsp - natural yogurt

How to make Frozen Yoghurt Layer cake

  1. Take the strawberries in a blender, add 3 1/2 tbsp yogurt and blend it.
  2. Line the container in which you are going to freeze the layers with a cling film. Then pour the strawberry puree into it and let it freeze for about half an hour.
  3. Clean the blender, make a puree of the bananas and 3 tbsp yogurt. Then pour it onto the strawberry puree layer after it has set. Place it in the freezer again to set for 1/2 -3/4 hour.
  4. Now make another puree of the blueberries and 3 1/2 tbsp yogurt. Pour it onto the set layer of banana yogurt after it has set.
  5. Let this freeze for a good few hours so that the layers are well set.
  6. Serve the slices of the frozen layered yogurt cake with some fresh/frozen berries to make it look colorful, inviting and healthy.

My Tip:

You can make more layers, similarly with other fruits like raspberries or black berries. These are also very healthy fruit options for a dessert.
