Ingredients to make Gatte ki sabji

  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp carom seed
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • salt to taste
  • Water for boilling (gatta)
  • For gravy:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seed)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic and chilli paste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder

How to make Gatte ki sabji

  1. Take a pan and add water for boil
  2. Take a bowl .
  3. Add besan and all spices
  4. Add some oil
  5. Prepare dough
  6. Make long roll and cut small piece.
  7. Add in to boiling water
  8. Cook 5 minutes
  9. Remove it
  10. Gatta is ready
  11. Now make gravy
  12. Take a pan add with oil.
  13. Add jeera
  14. Add ginger, garlic and chilli paste
  15. Add onion
  16. Saute for few minutes
  17. Add all routine spices
  18. Add curd, stir continuously
  19. Oil come out, than add boil gatta.
  20. Cook for 5 minutes
  21. Your gatte ki sabji ready to serve
