Ingredients to make Pink Lady

  • 2 big pieces watermelon deseeded
  • 2 glasses Amul milk cold, (tetra pack I used)
  • 1-2 tblspn sugar or as optional
  • 1 cup rohehafza
  • mint to garnish

How to make Pink Lady

  1. Clean scoop out water melon
  2. Add rooheafza to milk mix well keep ready
  3. Mix sugar in the water melon pieces and blend with hand blended fine
  4. Now to this add the milk rooheafza mix and blend smooth again
  5. Blend well
  6. Pour out or cool in refrigerator till you have or serve it
  7. Serve garnished with mint leaves and watermelon slices
  8. Serve without ice

My Tip:

Try using cold milk and dilute with ice
