Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Safed matar 1 bowl
  2. 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt or as needed
  4. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  5. 2 green chillies or as needed
  6. 1 teaspoon whole ground garam masala
  7. 2 onions
  8. 2 tomatoes
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Lemon juice optional
  11. Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Pre soak white matar for 8 to 12 hours.
  2. After soaked boiled it in a cooker whistle it for 5 to 6.
  3. Now heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds fry it, add, onions when onions are turning brown, add whole ground garam masala, add ginger garlic paste cook for two minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes cook till tomatoes become soft.
  5. Now add safed matar in a kadhai add amchur powder and mix it well.
  6. Add the water and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. When the matar gravy becomes thick remove it from heat and Serve it hot. garnish it with coriander leaves.
